Both side get light the same

Hi
I imported my 3d model and found out it has a baaad bad normal.
I used Cull Off to fix this problem… But still when I create a light in the scene in front of the visible backface , it doesn’t get the light . But when I put that light behind the visible backface, it get light :expressionless:
Is there any easy way to make the light affect both sides of a face the same by writing cg shader?
