It looks like it has some good features, and it’s a great “business” model. (The software and some animations and models are free, but you pay for the premium models and animations, it’s a great way to go.)
However it keeps crashing and doesn’t dipslay some things properly, so I wasn’t able to play around with it.
just downloaded, interesting.
Animeeple keeps crashing on me. I make some some progress - import a model, import a bvh file, make some animation changes and sooner or later the program quits before I can export to Unity.
Animeeple has a lot of potential but as far as a beta product - it needs refinement.
Animeeple has problems with Intel Integrated Graphics. In particular, the drivers for these have some bugs. We are working on ways to work around them. Stay tuned.
What the support team of Animeeple did to you is a shame as I am used to your high quality mocap files to create my character animations.
I was also affected by this process on the Animeeple Marketplace and nobody was able to tell my why your mocap files weren´t available any longer. It´s good to hear that you are still alive and doing a well job. Besides I just checked animstreet and it might be a place for me to watch for high quality mocap files soon.
I teamed up with 4 friends to create a 3D Marketplace software in september 2010 but we are still far away from any releases.
So I will stay with my standard mocap site: truebones.com
Cheers!
