Broken Textures when using URP in WebGL Build (Chromium only)

Hello everyone,

I’m having a strange issue when playing our game in a WebGL build. When playing on a Chromium based Browser (tested on Google Chrome and Edge), all textures turn into clown vomit:

However, playing the game on Firefox works fine:

The above images were on builds made with Brotli compression format. I also tried using Gzip and while there is no clown vomit, all lighting is completely gone. Maybe it has something to do with URP lighting?
