I have done a system restore on my windows 10, and after that, tons of compilation error appeared in unity. Every project have compilation error, even newly created ones. I have already uninstalled & reinstalled unity editors and unity hub so many times. The issue still occur

Try deleting the Library folder for a project and then run it so Unity should reimport it all
