This is a unity 6 bug with the new ray tracing hdrp system on a amd 7900 xtx
Clearly not. Same error on 6000.0.32f1 2d URP
I’m getting the same error on Unity 6000.0.32f1 3d URP after every compile.
Edit: a “Reimport All” seems to have fixed it for now.

I’m getting the same error in Unity 6000.0.38f1 2D
I have this on 6000.0.25f1, sometimes after reloading domain on updating scripts. Doesn’t really seem to affect anything. Hard to reproduce, seems random. Always getting the error twice.
