Actually I wanted to write about another bug, but first of all I faced the bug that I am not able to select the “Unity Discussions Feedback” sub-forum from the “New Topic” button, as it doesn’t seem to exist:
Workaround is to scroll down aaaall the topics of this sub-forum in order to get to this line, where I can create a new topic within this sub-forum:
There are no more Unity Discussions Feedback topics. Ready to start a new conversation?
Ah, interesting. That is the section I was actually looking for initially.
But, then why there is this additional “Unity Discussions Feedback” section if it is also part of the “Web Resources”?
This may be a leftover from the transition/beta period. I recall back then we used the “Discussions Feedback” category.
I don’t use this card-based UI. How do you get there?
Ah, found it. Left sidebar: Quick Links => All Categories and scroll down.
Much easier: Click on the top-most button in the sidebar: “Discussion Home” 
Based on the latest changes, this behavior was fixed.
