[BUG] navmesh surface doesn't capture 2d colliders

Works with 3d colliders but that won’t be any good with unity 2d tilemaps which make use 2d mesh colliders.
Also navmesh carving doesn’t work very well with sprites and xy orientation.

This has been mentioned elsewhere - i.e. extracting 2D colliders not yet supported.
