[Bug] Nested prefab VirtualCamera override (FramingTransposer) ignored

Windows 10 64bit

I have a Nested prefab setup as such:
Root Prefab
|-- …
|-- …
|-- VCam_Object [Prefab]

And a scene as such:

Scene [Test.unity]
|-- …
|-- …
|-- Root [Prefab Instance - no overrides]

Virtual Camera on “VCam_Object” has a FramingTransposer.

Recreation:

  1. Open scene that has root prefab instance
  2. Instance contains all default values on VCam_Object
  3. Open VCam_Object prefab, change “Camera Distance” on FramingTransposer
  4. Save (exit prefab view)
  5. Open Root prefab view- value is updated as expected
  6. Open Test scene

Expected: Root prefab instance is updated with new value
Actual Result: Root prefab instance keeps old value, and is not marked as override

I tried it with CM 2.4.0 and Unity 2019.1.14f1. It works properly, cannot repro.
