Bug report is slow again

At one period it was speed up to finish in 10 seconds. Now the speed regressed back to the old, 5 minutes submit. The project is very light, it is just a UPM library actually.

Hi! Are you still able to reproduce this issue? If so, could you please submit a bug report about Bug Reporter Uploading being slow? Don’t forget to attach the files you used to reproduce this issue.

Still slow (1206335). The project is about 800KB but it took 6 minutes.

But when I reported a report about bug report being slow (1206337), (just report again, no change to the project) they are suddenly faster to about 1-2 minutes.
