Bug reporting system down?

Is the bug reporting system on vacation? I submitted two bug reports (actually, one bug and one documentation error) this morning and, although I normally get an automated email response in a couple of minutes, today I haven’t received anything? Or have I submitted so many bug reports I’m now considered a spammer? :wink:

The server hosting our bug database is in fact down at the moment so the automated emails that normally get sent quickly may take a little extra time to reach you…

Note: your bugs should still be safe, they’re just getting queued up for processing.

The only “mission critical” system that runs out of our office these days is the bugtracker.

Due to a power-outage, the machine hosting it went offline during our trip to Unite in SF, and even my wife “remote controlled” by me couldn’t get it up and running. So it’ll have to wait until the first people come into the office tomorrow.

But yes, no bugs should have been lost, since they’re “spooled” into a queue on a externally hosted server.

Is the bug reporting system back up? Still haven’t gotten any notices for the bugs I’ve already posted.

Negative it seems. It should be up “soon” though (end of day today I hope! :slight_smile: ).
