Small but horrible bug: The editor has a vertical white line on the right side of the screen after every time starting the editor.

The editor has a horrible vertical white line on the right side of the screen after everytime starting the editor. Please see the attach png. Zoom in to the very right side of the image if necassary.
Repro steps:
- Open Unity 2020.1.15 by creating an empty project. (Make sure Unity is in Dark Mode).
- If the editor window is not maximized, ignore this step: See the white vertical line on the right side of the screen.
- Maximize the Unity window.
- Restart Unity.
- See the white vertical line on the right side of the screen.
- Go to step 3 (Repeat this as much as you want).
