I encountered a bug where a selection of tiles is not displayed correctly in the paint tool preview. It fixes itself after the first time painting.
Does it happen consistently every time or is it related to your specific palette somehow?
Are these normal default Tiles?
I’ve replicated it and it seems to only happen if you follow these steps:
- Create new Tile Map or Layer
- Paint with a single tile first
- Select a group of tiles from the palette
- The tiles look either flipped or rotated, but are corrected once you start painting.
Then I could not get it to do it again unless I start the steps above again.
I used the tiles in the example project.
Yeah these are just regular tiles without scripting. I created the palette by dragging the sliced tileset into the Default palette.
