[Bug] Unable to select platforms for plugin in the latest Unity 5.4

Hi,
I discovered a serious bug in the Unity 5.4.5p3, the platform settings and the Apply button disappeared from the inspector when you select platforms for plugin. Now it’s impossible to apply the selected platforms for plugin.
@ please to fix this serious issue in the coming patch release of Unity 5.4
