Bug(?) - uninstall froze Hub window

From Installs panel, I uninstalled 2018.3.14 and now no buttons are clickable (except Settings Gear, my name, and Minimize / X )

Clicking the Settings Gear opens settings but nothing on the General page or the side panel is clickable. Back button works though. But the projects page is not clickable when I’m sent to it.

Closing the Hub and reopening it fixed the issue.
