BUGS WITH TERRAIN NORMAL MAPS:
This bug exists across all Unity 20xx versions.

When the terrain normal map resolution is 2048 * 2048 and the terrain texture Tiling Settings Size (X and Y) is set greater than 10, playing the game at 2K or 4K resolution causes rippling shadow flickering on the ground after moving and stopping the camera.

When the ground normal map resolution is 1024 * 1024 and the terrain texture Tiling Settings Size (X and Y) is set greater than 10, playing the game at 1920 * 1080 resolution causes rippling shadow flickering on the ground after moving and stopping the camera.
