I can build .apk file and I can run it. But when I use “Build And Run”, Build process work successfully. I have .apk but the app doesn’t run automatic and I got this error:

Ps. Unity 5.6, This button work fine. I can run on Android Device. but After I upgrade to 2017 then I got the error.
Ps2. port 34999 is used by Unity Engine. ( I open only 1 Instance ).
