Build and Run issues in 3.4

Afternoon all! I just upgraded to 3.4 (i maintained my 3.3 install) and when i do a build run on an existing project i get the error “No Android Devices Found…” when i set it to a device type in the player prefs. This USED To work in 3.3 (using the same project)… so not sure what changed.

This is on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7"

Anyone else seeing this?

It’s morning here. Have you set the android SDK in your preferences? I have never try building for mobile yet. But i think you might need to reconfigure the sdk and such.

I checked that, it was all still pointing to the same SDK location… and nothing else changed in the setup. Kinda odd really… likely user error BUT not sure what it could be as nothing changed.

Restart your computer and phone.
Then check you can connect the phone.
Then try with Unity 3D.

I Have a Samsung Galaxy S and kind of expert on that phone.
But it looks like you have a driver issue.

Nada… didn’t work. reboots and all. Whats annoying is that i didn’t change anything (either on the system or the project) and now it doesn’t execute in 3.4 OR 3.3 (i have both installed). UGH! This is really really annoying…

Ok well i ran adb devices and it doesn’t see the device. Super strange!!! Umm… any thoughts here? The device is indeed in development mode, and it shows being plugged in on the device (just not on my mac i guess). So strange this was all working! :frowning:

ok well i was able to fix it by turning off usb debugging… then turning it back on. ??? Oh google… you guys… comedians!

Thanks for the help all.

Lol.
Well the phones is strange sometimes.
But I start to wounder if 3.4 is good or not.

i’m not having any other issues w/3.4 after this. There are some nice additions you will likely want to take advantage of… its a safe upgrade at this point (in my mind).
