Build button is unavailable

Hello,

I try to build and run an example “origami” “HoloLens (1st gen) Basics 101E - Complete project with emulator - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn” with Hololens, but button BUILD and BUILD and RUN is unavailable.

What could be the problem?

Referencing “build” and “build and run” buttons - is this a question about Unity Cloud Build, or possibly about using Unity on your local computer?
