Build client with WebGL got error: ArgumentOutOfRangeException

Do anyone have similar error about build with webgl? Please help me resolve those thing.

Could you please confirm if you are able to build locally from a fresh checkout?
If you don’t see a similar problem in your local build, please submit a support ticket to the Cloud Build team because we might need to inspect your build logs to find out more about the error.

I can confirm i can build from locally without any error. And build with unity cloud will work as long as i disable strict mode
