We are also encountering this error at the moment. I initially thought this was due to cloud build having a problem accessing a submodule we have had access issues with, but I can’t figure out whether that is the case.

I believe there have been something wrong with UCB. I haven’t made any changes, but I managed to make a successful build today.

We’ve got this error right now. Anyone else?
I won’t do anything for a while now because I saw here it’s an UCB issue. I hope it’s fixed asap.
