Most of my Google results was older threads, so I opened this question.

With current 4.2.2 version, can I build for Arm6 Android devices or I’m limited to Arm7?

No more ARMv6 with Unity 4.0 and above. See the release notes.

If you need to build for ARMv6, you can use Unity 3.x.
