I did a build to test it on the iPhone, now Unity asks me to pay a subscription if you want to continue using the program … I have not got grossed 100k, I just did a test.
Do you know how to help me?

A little skimpy on the details here. If you installed a free trail of Pro and you’re outside of that license period then okay. For the personal addition you can build for all platforms, are you using an old version? Are you logged into your unity3d associated account? Are you using an old version with the Pro trial?

You can see “All Platforms”, obviously there are caveats to some of the versions like a forced splash screen and all that jazz, but you should be able to build without issue unless as i stated above you may have an older version of you’re out of the trial period.
