I would like to export the Unity file to the iPad platform. Which build setting should I choose?

if it is ipad only, then choose iPad as the target device in the player settings of unity iphone

that is the normal unity

you must buy a license for the unity iphone addon and start unity iphone to deploy to the iDevices at all (and you need to be a subscribed $99+ / year iphone developer with apple in addition)
