Build & Run doesn't work when signed with keystore

Basically I made a keystore for my project to publish it on Android, the build does succeed without errors but when I do Build & Run I get multiple errors. I think maybe you can’t Build & Run while the project is signed and only a normal Build is possible with the keystore and then you have to upload it to the Play Store, but I’d like to know for sure.

These are the errors I’m getting:
CommandInvokationFailure: Unable to Install APK to device. Please make sure the Android SDK is installed and is properly configured in the editor. See the console for more details.

My Build & Run does work on my phone when I don’t have the keystore activated, so either I need something in my SDK to support a keystore or it’s just not possible to build with keystore activated.

UnityEditor.BuildPlayer.Window+BuildMethodException: Build failed with errors.

Don’t really know what this error is but I’m not getting it without the keystore. Thanks in advance for the help.

Try to build with gradle in your build settings then tell what happens, it should work.
