Building 64bit on OSX

Hello. I am trying to build a 64-bit version of my application for OSX on OSX and I do not have an option for this in the Build options. OSX x86, yes, and Windows and Linux x64, but not OSX x64.

Can anyone tell me why this is?

Only thing I’ve thought of so far is that my Mono is 32-bit, at least the one installed in Extensions or Components or whatever its called.

This was included in the last Unity update (4.2).

/edit to clarify: It was not possible to build to x64 on OSX previous to 4.2.
