Building apk for android error: failed to re-package resources

I’ve seen other posts of people having this error but their solutions don’t seem to work here. This is my first time trying to build for android so i might be missing something simple. I tried reinstalling things and installing extra android packages, but it had no effect. Does anyone know what’s wrong?

Is there any more information I can post here that might help?

Go to your sdk folder, in build tools and delete version 24 (Android N) as unity official isn’t currently compatible with it
