When I try to any build, I receive the warning shown in the image. My settings for build consumption are also shown in the image. When I try to start the build, it stays queued up and doesn’t start and I don’t have any other builds in the queue.
Can you provide a link to one of your build?
When we increased the concurrency to 2, we managed to start receiving builds, but now I can initiate the build process for two separate projects simultaneously. Is this possibly a bug? Shouldn’t I only be able to receive a build when the concurrency is set to 1?

I’m experiencing this issue too, unfortunately.
I triggered an Android build a few hours ago, and it’s not started.
The completion timer shows as N/A
I’ve got the Build warning Building Disabled: Technical issue
And concurrent builds is showing as zero.
But when I select manage in the concurrent builds tab, it shows I’ve got 1 concurrency.
Any help to restart my builds via Unity Cloud would be gratefully appreciated
We are looking into the issue and have escalated this to the team responsible for build entitlements.
This issue should be resolved. If you are stilling running into it then please open up a support ticket via the Unity Cloud Dashboard.
