You’re either trying to merge a plugin (or you’re merging code) that, in the android manifest file, specifies the minimum version as 16. However, the original manifest file (from admob_unity_plugin-release) has a minimum version of 18.

Check your android manifest xml file(s) to confirm… or you could find the cached file and delete it/force update the version.
