Yesterday the project was building just fine without any issues. Now when I try to build I get this error. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Did you try deleting the Library folder? This often fixes a lot.
Make sure your project folder/drive is not protected by antivirus or ransomware protection.

I was seeing similar things because the AV was not allowing certain processes to write to the disk. It considered them malware or unauthorized processes.

Have you upgraded the project or using a newer Visual Studio version?

Try deleting library folder, it fixed same things for me
