Building with Gradle to Android Chartboost and Google Play Unity 5.6.5p4

I am building to android with Gradle and I am getting an error, The only plugins I have are Chartboost, Prime31 IAP and the Google play game services that is needed for Chartboost (I think the conflict is there.)
I ran the setup android and resolve in google game play services, but still getting this error:
My guess is a conflict in the libs, but not sure where. Thanks for any help. I tried building with Internal and you can see the output below the Gradle one.

I am running out of stuff to try, I can compile the project without IL2CPP and it works to build an APK, but when I try with IL2CPP with Gradle I am getting this error.
