These delays were due to a misconfiguration overnight, that meant that a large chunk of Cloud Build’s paid tier capacity wasn’t accepting builds for the past several hours - leaving builds to queue on the remaining systems. It’s been corrected, the queue that had accumulated has already dropped nearly in half, and should clear up shortly.
I’m afraid you guys have too many bugs recently 
really sucks for us, relying on this service for delivering builds for QA, releasing, etc.
