Built game colors look way brighter/duller than in the editor

The top is how it looks in the editor.
The bottom Pic is how it looks after exporting it and playing the executable.
I’ve tried building it multiple times and disabling certain features.
It’s not the fog, not the post processing, not the lightmapping, not the sky, not an extra lamp.
I have been banging my head against this for three days now and have found no real solution for it.

The game is in linear color space. Do I have to enable a setting somewhere so that the build is in linear too?
