How would I write an if statement to do something if a button was pressed. Thanks.

Why do you need an if statement? Just connect the button to the function you want called when it is pressed. Pretty much ANY of the button UI tutorials will show you exactly what you need.

I mean you could use a virtual one and use the mouse… or voice to text… but ya’know.

but seriously, what are you talking about, a UI button or an Input button?
what are you trying to do?, taking an extra minute to verbalize your intent will save you time in the long run.
