Button triggering On Click() When Fade Duration is over


I have a simple Unity UI with a button. When I hover the button and hold the mouse pointer on the button it slowly changes it’s color (Color Tint Transition), until the Fade Duration is over. Is there any way to automatically click the button when it completely changed it’s color (when Fade Duration is over) with a script? I couldn’t find an easy solution for this.

I solved this by using the Pointer Enter and Pointer Exit Events of the button and adding the passed delta time in a script. If on Pointer Exit enough time had passed I triggered my button.
