Buttons cannot be clicked after upgrading from 5.6.0f3 to 2017.1.1f1

After upgrading from 5.6.0f3 to 2017.1.1f1 there are a variety of UI Buttons in our screens that can no longer be clicked.

Has anyone else run into this issue?
