I want to get only Pro or Free basic Unity at first (and get the serial number). Can I buy separately to my basic Unity some version of the add-ons over time, for example as Android and/or iOS?

As far as I know, you can upgrade Unity licenses at any time.
Bear in mind that the platform-specific “Pro” kits require Unity Pro – so, for example, you can’t get Android Pro with a basic Unity license.
