Released a game and didn’t get the traction (or revenue) you expect?
Have a product to launch but don’t feel you can market successfully?
We are looking to buy (for cash) high quality desktop and web games.
Our ideal game is:
- a passion driven indie game with a unique look or mechanic;
- complete and working without any notable bugs or design issues.
We will:
- Own your game outright, including all art and code.
- Keep your game largely as is, but may make minor changes such as balance changes, additional content, clean-up, etc.
You will:
- Get a cash payment.
- Prove you own the game and all the associated assets (i.e. paper trail, git history, etc)
- Still keep all credits as developer (unless you don’t want to).
- Provide a contracted number of hours to assist with the transition (probably something like 40 hours, subject to games complexity).
Budget:
- 5k-50k USD per game.
- We hope to make a fair offer, but please be realisitic with your expectations, if you spent 10k on marketing and your game only maybe 25k in revenue in a year on Steam, don’t expect us to buy it for 50k!
- We are open to more complex deals such as licensing (rather than outright ownership) or including royalties, but these would be negoitated on a case-by-case basis.

Please provide a summary of your game, why you want to sell, asking price, statistics such as MAU, revenue, review scores, etc, and a link to the game.
We can arrange an (M)NDA if you don’t want to share all the details up front.
If your game is not launched yet please provide videos of the game rather than executable.
Finally please don’t contact us if:
- your game is mobile only
- your game is a casual or hypercasual game (please no word games, no match3 games, no casino games,e tc)
- your game is released and has poor reception with regards to review and ratings (we don’t care if you haven’t sold much, we do care if noone likes the game)
- your asking price is over 50k USD
- your game is an asset flip or relies heavily on asset store art (asset store code is okay as long as we can buy our own copies)
