Camera Rotation During Animation

I created an animation with a scene camera that works fine until a certain point at which instead of turning
about 30 degrees in the desired direction it turns 320 degrees in the opposite direction to reach the next key-frame.
This is totally out of range for what I am looking for, how do I remedy this?

Thanks!

Well getting away form it for a while helped, I had set it up using auto-key and did try manually editing some of the rotation values
but it didn’t help. After coming back to it, I changed the negative value to a positive value and it seems to be working ok now.

Well, continuing on with further animation I am finding the same issue, the camera seems to choose to go the
long way around to get to the rotation. I’ve been able to manually fix it so far, but am struggling with this latest, last key-frame.
Anyone have a simple solution to this stupid (because it seems illogical for the camera to go the long way around to reach it’s final rotation value in Y) problem…?
Like trying to go from Y -10 to 90, it does a full rotation in the opposite direction and then ends up at the correct value, it’s like a child who goes all the way around the block to get across the street and wonders why the parent is frustrated.
The term Gimble lock comes to mind.

Ok, think I have it again, though the Inspector reads at this last point -10 in Y the animation panel reads 350,
so instead of putting 90 degrees into the Inspector I put 460 into the animation panel and it worked.
