Can a HDRP environment built for Windows be streamed to Vive XR?

I have a HDRP environment with target platform set as Windows, it runs fine.
I have a Vive XR Elite that I want this environment to run on, to collect some eye tracking and body tracking data from the environment for research.

What’s the best way to do this?
So far what I understand is that HDRP environment can’t run natively on the headset, so I’m sticking to running it on Windows and streaming it to the headset. Can I get the tracking data when I do this?

Also, OpenVR vs OpenXR vs Vive Wave, what do I use for this specific scenario? So far I only got the headset to stream the environment from Unity through USB with OpenVR enabled.
