Can a Mesh Collider collide with a Capsule Collider?

I can get a Sphere Collider to collide with a Capsule Collider but I can’t seem to get a Mesh Collider to collide with a Capsule Collider. All colliders have the same Physics Material.

Is there something special that is needed to get a Mesh Collider to collide with a Capsule Collider?
