Can any responsible person reply after a month of waiting?

Hello, I don’t know how else to speak with someone responsible. I’ve opened approximately 3 tickets in the past month to Support, through the dashboard, via the Chat Bot. I’ve posted on forums, I’ve replied to a Responsible. And you know what? 0 responses. This is EMBARRASSING. The way a company like UNITY treats its customers is EMBARRASSING. After spending thousands of dollars on investments with different networks, UNITY will be removed from my list. They haven’t even been able to respond. What can you expect from a platform that doesn’t even respond to messages after a month and a half of waiting? All my Apps Blocked without response, no breaches. 100% clean. Simply because they have over 100 bugs that when you make any changes in the dashboard automatically blocks your account. What can I say? It’s a Shame, both the BUGS they don’t fix and the 0 Responses they give to their customers to mitigate the damage caused by the BUGS. What a disaster.

Hello. Thank you for the response. The dashboard is completely blocked, and I can’t do anything regarding the monetization of any app. Thank you for the assistance in advance; I thought no one would ever respond :frowning:

I raised it up with the appropriate team, it seems you’re not an isolated case at the moment.
There’s not much else in my power, but I hope it gets resolved quickly.
I’ll check back on it next week.
