As title says, I found this site http://www.studica.com/unity# that offers unity pro 1 year subscription for $99, it doesn’t seem to have any fine print (that i can find), can someone comment if this is real?
If so, is there any fine print (e.g this is not a commercial license or anything)?
I am a student and am aware that it’s a student only version.

Great news. This is now available for Canada, the UK and Europe now.
it’s real, but they will verify that you’re a student (valid for US students only iirc). It cannot in any way be used for a commercial product. But yeah- it’s the full pro version with all of the stuff that the pro license can do.
I know right?It’s just Studica.com has stores set up for “UK” and “Europe”. I should have maybe explained that better so my geography wouldn’t come in to question
