Can i bake billboards/textures in speedtree?

Hi
I need small twigs with leaves on them for my trees.
Like this twig with leaves from the “white oak” unity package

how can i make these billboards/lod textures in within speed tree?
how was the above texture was created?

Here is another example: “the thick grass” unity package.

And here is the version baked onto one texture to use as a 3d billboard.

How was the texture bake done?
