I want to achieve the same result as you get when using Dual Lightmaps in Beast, at that 50% point where it’s fading between realtime and baked lighting. The goal is to get a mix of real shadows and the nice AO provided by Beast (SSAO doesn’t cut it for my needs).
Should I do this through a shader, and if so, where’s a good starting point? (Bearing in mind I’ve not had to touch shader coding to date).
This is in Unity 4 Pro.
