Can i build and publish Android games on play store using Unity 5 personal free edition ?

I am really confusing about publish.
I build a simple android game using unity 5 personal free edition. Can i publish that game in play store without buying any licence. Any legal problem on that?. Any know about it tell me.Thank in advance.

Read the EULA, yes you can as long as you did not make more than $100 000 revenue in the previous financial year. If you are asking I doubt you made them.

Yes you can according to their EULA, if your app makes $100,000 in revenue only then you are subject to purchase their license, although you will need google developer account to publish game on Play Store.
