Can I change my publisher URL once account created?

Hey all, I am about to make a publisher account so I can submit a asset I have made for the store, however I am using a temporary URL until I buy and setup a proper domain.

Can the URL and other settings be changed ones I made my account?

Also, while I am at it. What are the Key Images? Are they the images that are displayed in your publisher profile on the store?
