Can I feed the position of a particle into a GameObject or Prefab

I would like to feed the position of a particle into a GameObject or Prefab.

The effect I'm looking for is that of a emitter emitting geometry.

It looks like you can access a particle's position

But I'm not sure how I can plug those values into a GameObject or prefab.

Get the game object or prefab (by finding, instantiation, etc.), then set its transform.position in an Update() function
