Can I form a legal entity while under 18?

So, basically, I am a 15 year old guy. Me and a group I formed, want to make a game using unity, aimed at mobile platforms. I have read Unity’s License Agreement fully, but nearly all its terms apply only to legal entities. Yet, there is no age requirement mentioned, to allow usage of unity. So, I have some questions regarding this and I would be thankful if you guys can answer them for me

  1. Is it required to have a legal entity in order to use unity3D for commercial purposes?

  2. Can I personally form a legal entity? If not, can my guardian do so and then me and my group use the entity (any consequences, either according to law, copyrights or finances if that happens?)?

  3. How to form a legal entity?

Any more suggestions or helpful notes are of great essence to me

Thanks all in advance

Okay, Business lesson Number One: NEVER take random people’s advice in regards to legal matters. If you want a legal opinion, consult a lawyer.

I am NOT a lawyer.

Having said that, and with all the caveats in place, on this particular one Im pretty sure of the answer.

You, yourself, ARE a legal entity. Legal entity means a person or something that acts like a person under the law, like a corporation. So relax. Its good and smart of you to be concerned about the license agreements but you are fine as far as that goes.

You should consult a lawyers with regards to your queries as they would give you the best suggestion. I always take advice from lawyers whenever I have problems in my business, so I am suggesting you the same. See this for more information.
