I can’t find in the Terms of Service or anything where this is prohibited - but I want to be sure I’m not going to get in trouble for making a separate account for using the forums to discuss my stuff on the asset store as I simply don’t want my forum account to be linked to my asset store uploads.
Yes, you can have one account for your asset store stuff, and a different one for your personal use on the site.

Because I think I have ruin my old @computertech account, when 75% of my hundreds old post is a off topic and a noob question. Which seriously creates myself and my old account to be a too weak game work performance and experience. I also want a new account, because I cannot delete my hundreds of shameful forum post that other people can still see my old post.
I am still assuming that I can still create my 2nd account.
Also, I am not the only bad forum poster. Because, I have seen their other forum profile who keep on posting thousand of forums and still only have like sixty likes -or- I have seen their forum profile have almost a thousand of forum likes but does not know how to build a game at all including making and selling their own asset store product that does not work properly and their game profile website link never did present any game at all for many years even though they are very popular inside a unity forum. But, I am not willing to tell who is those people.
My own forum posting tips is to post lesser, but to post only dealing with getting help in the unity development, or helping the other people in development, or showcasing your unity game project. And do not discuss any too much other interesting game off topics.
