Can I have some recommended tutorial of using blender?

Hi,

Can someone recommend me some non boring dude channel on how to use blender? I’ve tried some video length about 20 minute that it actually take 5 minute to explain everything.

I want to make a level and maybe make a 3D model myself and learn about UV mapping.

Sorry, English is not my first language.

I like anything by BornCG on YouTube.

This guy is GREAT for getting-started tutorials. He’s very organized. We call him The Nerdling (because when my wife and I are both working I can hear his voice from her office throughout the house… “are you watching nerdling again?”).

Thank for sharing. There’s a blender course on Udemy and the instructor is well organize and really know what he doing. The course cost 150$ but the 90% make it only 19$ and I really enjoying it so far. I can build a Maya temple already with about 2 hour of learning!

CGCookie is great. That’s how I learned Blender.

I’ll second CGCookie.

I learned from this guy https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7IX5_BUeVp5uN21Vf8h6PQ

He can ramble a bit and be a bit slow sometimes, but I thought he was thorough.

I lost the link, but there is a Brazilian guy who has some really great mid-level tips and tricks once you get the basics down-pat. His videos are terrible but they’re worth enduring. Anybody know who I’m thinking of? He did a couple good ones on retopo.

Same here, I’d totally suggest to use CGCookie.

It seem like everyone really like CGCookie. To avoid distraction, I will take a look at it after I finish my Udemy Blender course. Anyway, Thank for helping me out. 3D modelling is pretty fun especially building a level and stuff.
